Greg Skrypiczajko, B. Ed. (English as a Second Language); M. Sc. Psycholinguistics (Bilingual Mental Lexicon)
Greg introduced Canadian English Language Services in 1994 while working on his graduate thesis. He has always worn many hats, and, in addition to working as a teacher and editor for other institutions and organizations, Greg has also provided top-notch English language services to Canadian newcomers, students, businesses, non-profit organizations, government, as well as many international students and businesses.
Over the past 30+ years, Greg has worked with several local universities and colleges, including University of Alberta's Faculty of Extension, Concordia University of Edmonton, Norquest College, Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers, ASSIST Community Services, Yellowhead Tribal College, as well as many Alberta businesses.
Greg has also taught English language courses and researched with teams in cognitive science, linguistics, and psycholinguistics departments at University of Alberta, Korea University, and Seoul National University. He also provided teacher training at Seoul National University of Education when English was introduced as a national language in South Korea. Greg has co-published several scientific papers on bilingual language processing and second language acquisition in addition to extensive language learning materials.
